A subsidiary controlled power company of Yucheng Investment has completed the production and installation of 5/2A-SSJ4-30 tower, which is applied in the Suzhuang 500KV Line Project of Tang Power Station. The 5/2A-SSJ4-30 tower is a line steel-tube tower in four circuit. The main material is Q420 steel. CNC high speed drilling line is used to ensure the accuracy of aperture.
Fine fixed assembling weld technic is applied to tower foot and group welding joint to ensure accurate positioning and reliable welding. Specialized high-strength steel hot-galvanize technic is used to the steel tube tower and rod. The weight of the single base tower is 200 tons and its height is 98 meters. The tower was installed in May 2010 and the ground wire was hang. The overall installation effect is satisfying.
